Chair of the Local Advisory Group Pete Hodgson and members of the Te Whatu Ora Southern New Dunedin Hospital project team and Clinical Transformation Group provided an update on the project and answered questions from the public.

As well as an overview from both a clinical and construction perspective, the impact of cost escalations was discussed which mainly relate to the building itself, not clinical functions.

Approximately 90 people attended and agreed that regular updates such as this forum were useful and informative.
