We’re establishing a group of community members to help us review our plans for moving into the new Outpatient Building. Are you interested in helping us review our transition plan?

Here’s what you need to know:

• We want to achieve a broad range of demographic representation within the group

‍

• Application is by cover letter, and the recruitment process will include an interview

‍

• Applications will close on 17 December 2023

‍

• Successful applicants will be asked to sign up as Consumer Advisors via the Southern Community Health Council

‍

• The group will be managed and led by the Community representatives on the Clinical Transformation Group
